Handin

Turn in the assignment using the handin program. For handin, this assignment is called a4. Submit three files: a4.rkt, a4-step.rkt, and README.txt, with contents based on the template. Include your name(s) at the top of each file.

Just a reminder: Late assignments are not accepted, and (basically) no excuses will be entertained. So, handin your assignments early and often!
